If you're looking for scrumptious, sophisticated and decadent food, look no further than the Good Life Gourmet. Meredith Eaton has catered my communications firm's last two holiday parties, all to rave reviews. I've even had her create custom cakes for my sons' birthdays - Elmo, a guitar, and Star Wars, to name a few - and the results were incredible. Meredith is top notch!

The Buzz About our Cupcakes

I LOVED both the Japanese chocolate-ginger and the Thai cupcakes...and I didn't even get one of the S'mores cupcakes, because everyone else descended on those (though I know just how awesome those are!). You've gotten rave reviews from everyone on the staff, who have said that these are "the best cupcakes we've gotten in." Which is very high praise from this discerning group!

Meredith is the first person I think of when it's time for a birthday cake.  We were so happy with our son's first birthday cake shaped like a lower case "j."  The best part was that the dot on top of the j was his own individual cake that he could devour all to himself.  It came out better than I could have imagined and not only did it look amazing, it tasted great too!  For his third birthday she created a make your own cupcake bar for the kids and the most unbelievably delicious "S'Mores" cupcakes for the grownups.  I still dream about those cupcakes.

I wanted to drop you a line to let you know how outrageous my mom's birthday cake was. Her party was a huge success and all her guests wanted to know who made the beautiful cake that tasted amazing. The fire truck cake Meredith made for my son's birthday looked as real and as shiny as the trucks at your local firehouse. Sometimes taste is compromised to attain a certain authentic look - not in this case. Though it did look too good to eat, there wasn't a crumb left over! But we'll always have these pictures and the memories of the looks on everyone's face when they saw it.
